We're an International Digital Marketing consulting company providing both consulting and fulfilment services. Currently, we are providing services to clients in the B2B, B2C and eCommerce space and across more than a dozen countries.
Our goal is to help companies, both small and large, to improve their revenues, profit, brand recognition and market share in their respective markets with custom-built digital marketing programs.
Meet the Owners
Conversion Makers was founded by Andy McDuff and Nuria Echeberría.
Both have an extensive professional background and are certified with MecLabs, Marketmotive as well as holding various Google certifications.
How We Got Started
Andy's experience with the web stretches back to 1995 when he was working in the USA as an IT specialist in the Oil and Gas sector.
He then took on different corporate roles in the Travel and Telecommunications industries eventually leading to senior roles managing multiple million-dollar contracts.
Andy is from the UK but has lived and travelled extensively in Europe, the USA, Afr?ica, the Middle East, Asia (South America pending!) and speaks French and Spanish fluently.
After learning everything there was to know about websites, he then turned his focus to the online marketing aspects back in 2008 when he was trying to figure out how to sell a book online and quickly caught on to Affiliate Marketing where he was amazed to discover that you could literally generate income from a small laptop computer at home.
Since then, he hasn't looked back and has become a bit of a online marketing 'nerd' and especially enjoys everything to do with generating positive results for his clients.
When he does manage to tear himself away from his computer, he enjoys playing classical and jazz piano, reading books about investing and Warren Buffett, walking his Great Dane "Max", skiing, cycling and rugby (not necessarily in that order).
The other half of Conversion Makers is Nuria Echeberría.
Nuria is originally from Bilbao in the north of Spain but spent 3 years in London working in various areas of marketing.
Nuria's been involved in different areas of marketing for the last 25 years. She started in the "online" world back in 2002 where she worked as the Senior Content Marketing Manager in a large multinational travel firm which also included custom web development projects.
Nuria runs the operational aspects in Conversion Makers and is also a self-confessed online marketing 'junkie' . She consumes everything to do with content marketing, web analytics and usability testing (and pretty much everything else to do with online marketing if we think about it).
Nuria is a self-confessed Gym-addict and works out at least 3 days a week doing things like 'spinning' and other similar painful activities. For her sins, she also enjoys 'lively' political debates (but we'll let her off).
How We Work
As we mentioned before, our main focus is help business owners get real tangible and measureable results from our work and we don't take on any projects where we think we can't add value (yes, on occasion we have turned down clients).
To that end, our first step is to carefully assess our client's current online circumstances and take the time to understand their business requirements. We're not the type of people who will just 'do something for the sake of doing something' or try to sell you something that you don't want or need.
As far as we're concerned, our reputation is just as important as our earnings. In other words, we're here for the long haul and strive to build long-term relationships with our clients.
Our clients are very broad in terms of sectors, geographies and scope: for example, we're providing Direct Response and Online Branding services to diverse sectors including the chemical, agricultural, professional music business and apartment rentals. But we also provide services to smaller local or regional businesses as well including, for example, law firms and real estate. We also provide services to larger Digital Marketing agencies including professional training.
As you can see, the range is fairly substantial but they all hook into one single centralised theme: getting superior results that have a genuine impact for our clients.
We work worldwide since that's the very nature of the web: after all, your website can reach any client in almost any geography. For example, we are currently running different marketing campaigns in the USA, South America, Europe and various countries across Asia.
